Premium Delivery with DHL Express
DHL Express is our premium courier and it is our fastest service (48-72 hours worldwide, 24-48 within Europe) total flexibility to choose how and where to deliver your package, as well as extra services such as recovering your package in the rare case that the parcel gets delivered elsewhere. Check the status of your parcel at any time through your phone or email.

- Delivery attempts: DHL will try to deliver your package multiple times and they might call you if you aren’t at home to set up a new delivery, in case the delivery is unsuccessful the package will return to the local DHL’s office.
Standard Delivery with GLS
We partnered with GLS for our European customers, they offer 24-48 hours deliveries and tracking along with extra services like delivery under a signature.

Budget Delivery by Postal Service
As for our budget delivery, we count with Correos, Spain’s national postal service. Correos works with the National Postal Service of each country, this is why they often offer the cheapest price for the delivery. Shipping with our Economy Delivery also might avoid paying for Custom Duties*.
Features:
- Tracking: Get information about the status of your delivery.
- *Fewer chances of paying Customs Duties: Your parcel is sent in commercial flights, which reduces the chances of the parcel to be stopped by Customs and, eventually pay for Custom Duties.
- Two delivery attempts: If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful the courier will try a second delivery. If this is still unsuccessful the package will return to the courier’s local office and remain there for 5 days in which the courier will try to contact you.
